Stationary Crossovers
Stand in athletic stance. Perform crossover dribbles as low and fast as possible. Keep eyes up, pound the ball.
Coach Note: Focus on keeping the ball below knee height
Between the Legs - Walking
Proof RequiredWalk forward while dribbling between your legs with each step. Stay low, keep your head up.
Coach Note: If you lose the ball, start that length over
Behind the Back Combos
Proof RequiredCombine behind-the-back with crossover and between-the-legs moves. Create your own 3-move combo and repeat.
Full Court Speed Dribble
Sprint full court with the ball, alternating hands each trip. Push the ball out in front and maintain control at top speed.
Tennis Ball Reaction Drill
Proof RequiredDribble with one hand while a partner tosses a tennis ball. Catch and toss back without losing your dribble.
Coach Note: No partner? Toss against a wall.
